Recently, I came to you with a rather large dent in the right front fender of my brand-new, one-week-old Ford Excursion. The dent was the result of a low speed "swipe" of a medium-sized tree trunk.

I was hopeful, but somewhat doubtful, that you could remove such a large dent in "paintless" fashion. However, I was gladdened that you were willing to try and comforted knowing that you could repaint if necessary.
